Refunds, Credits & Billing Policy

This Policy describes how credits, subscriptions, and payments are handled on PerfectSwingAI.
1. Credits
- You may purchase credits to request biomechanical analyses.
- Each analysis will consume one or more credits, as displayed in the purchase and analysis flow.
- Credits have no cash value and are not legal tender. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
1.1 Credit Expiration
- Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, credits expire 12 months after the purchase date.
- Expiration dates, if different, will be clearly disclosed in the purchase flow.
- Expired credits cannot be refunded, extended, or reactivated, except where required by applicable law.
2. Pricing and Changes
We may modify pricing, bundles, or subscription offerings from time to time. Any changes apply on a go-forward basis and will not retroactively affect previously purchased credits.
3. Payments
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe or similar).
- We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- You must provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date.
If a payment is declined, we may suspend or cancel access to credits or analyses until payment is successfully processed.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, or as explicitly stated below, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in the following situations:
- Our system is unable to complete an analysis due to a technical issue attributable to us.
- You were incorrectly charged due to a billing error.
- Other exceptional circumstances determined by us on a case-by-case basis.
In such cases, we may either:
- Re-run the analysis at no additional cost; or
- Return the relevant credits to your account; or
- Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
We are not responsible for poor-quality videos, incorrect camera angles, or other user-controlled factors that impact the analysis, and such issues generally do not qualify for a refund.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your account;
- Revoke credits associated with the disputed transaction;
- Request supporting information from you to resolve the dispute.

6. Taxes
Prices may or may not include applicable taxes, which may be added based on your billing address and tax laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any such taxes, unless we are required by law to collect them on your behalf.
